Reviews and Ratings
When I arrived, it was pretty cold in the rooms, but the heating got sorted out after I spoke to the manager. Once that was sorted, the room was super comfy and clean. It took a bit of time to warm up, though. Overall, the room was clean and cozy, which I really appreciated.
My stay by the Mediterranean Sea for one night was just what I needed. The rooms were small but perfect for this trip, featuring a large, super comfortable bed and a modern ensuite. The service was very welcoming and the staff were great - friendly, helpful, and hard-working. The location was good and easy to find, although the hotel could improve visibility at night. The dining experience offered a nice selection, though limited to variations of a Full English breakfast. Overall, a cozy spot for a short seaside visit.
The hotel's rooms at the back are smartly decorated and have all recently been refitted to a high standard, exceeding our expectations. The location, although on a busy dual carriageway, is close enough to Orford, Minsmere, and Dunwich, perfect for touring the area. The dining experience was well-cooked to order but lacked vegetarian alternatives, and there were additional costs. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects, delivering good value for money.
